As usual, after I've seen Lucy it's really hard to get back to normal life. Seeing her is always a heightened experience and if you have the chance to do it, then you definitely should because it is absolutely totally worth it. The woman is so amazing, talented, funny, gorgeous, and sweet that its hard to say enough to cover it. It's no wonder that we adore her.

Given the fact that others have already given their reports and thorough descriptions of the show I will try to keep myself from repeating everything and just kind of give my observations and perhaps a little of the in between stuff.

Lucy teasingly pulled off her gloves at the beginning of "Like the Way I Do".

Superstar was a real tearjerker this time. I don't know what it was about the way that Lucy sang it, she had such emotion and seemed close to tears herself at moments. Very captivating.

Lucy's baby squirrel is named Peanut. Here's a bit that she said after the squirrel video... "Some guy was telling me 'I throw rocks at those' like I'm supposed to be pleased about that, here I am nursing a squirrel do you think I'm gonna go 'good on ya mate'. It's so funny people want to be violently opposed to some species like a rat or something it's like it gives them a feeling of superiority like 'yeah we're still the master race...rats are disgusting we're on top'." Everyone laughed.

There was some confusion right before Lucy sang "New and Beautiful". Michael said that they were supposed to run the second squirrel video first and Lucy said she thought sing first then the video. Lucy said ok, run the video, but because they got instructions in the back that the song would be first the video didn't run. In the meantime they played the music from Jeopardy. Then it wound up happening in the order Lucy thought it would be anyway, with the song first. Lucy said "...let's have 'New and Beautiful' kids...alright we're so flexible." :)

Right after "River Deep Mountain High" someone threw panties onto the stage, but Lucy didn't see them until she came back right before she sang "Wide Awake". As she held them up she said, "...who threw panties...do you think I wear these...they just keep coming...and your phone number...you think I'm gonna call? I love you but..." and she kinda shook her head and laughed. It was very cute.

Then later on when she came back out for the other versions of "Bitch" Lucy picked up the bra that someone threw on stage and put it halfway on, meaning just around the chest not the straps.

After the show Lucy was gracious enough to stop for most of us to receive gifts, sign stuff or take photos despite those who were trying to "help" her out. When she got in the Hummer limo that the entire band and some other guests got in as well, she was waving at us through the window and also waved as they drove away.

Once again it was a wonderful show. Lucy is always fabulous.
